WHEN TO USE
This 3d knee cap is used during running, jumping, squatting & workout. The Knee compression sleeve provides warmth, compression, and support to knee pain relief. Useful in mild knee pain cases like knee sprain, knee strain, arthritis, prevention of sports injuries can be useful in cases like knee sprain, knee strain, arthritis, prevention of sports injuries.

Pull over the knee cap over the knee with the broad end facing upwards.

How to measure
1. Slightly bend the knee you want to measure at about 30 Degree.
2. Measure your thigh circumference 5.0″ about the centre of your knee Cap.
3. Keep the measure tape straight as you go around the back of your thigh.
Hand wash with mild detergent and water at room temperature. Dry in shade on a flat surface. Do not dry clean. Do not Iron or Bleach.
