Order Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever comes first. - After Dispatch:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a return or refund depending on the product category (see our [Return & Refund Policy]).
Non-Cancellable Products
Due to the sensitive nature of healthcare products, cancellation is not permitted on the following items once ordered:
- Opened or used medical supplies
- Personal hygiene or intimate care items
- Prescription medicines
- Temperature-sensitive items (e.g., vaccines, insulin)

Please include your Order ID and Reason for Cancellation in the message.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- If cancellation is approved before dispatch, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no charges will apply if cancelled in time.
- Refunds are not available for orders already shipped or delivered.

We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following cases:
- Product out of stock
- Invalid or incomplete shipping information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Payment failure
If we cancel your order, you will be notified and refunded in full.
